Why is it that when someone (contractors, delivery people, etc.) tell you they will be at your house between the hours of 12:00 and 3:00 pm, and then at 4:30 pm, they STILL have not arrived!!! ????? Why????
Didn't you hear? Those people are self-proclaimed Rulers of the Universe, and we must all abide by their schedules. I've taken to waiting for that kind of person with a shotgun. It helps. Really. ;)
